Products and Services
All firearm purchases are subject to federal, state, and local laws. All buyers must pass a NICS background check and complete ATF Form 4473. We reserve the right to refuse any sale for any reason.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Sale prices are valid only until the next sales letter is published. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on firearms or ammunition. Please inspect your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.
Layaway Policy
Layaway requires a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance must be paid within 4 months. Payments are non-refundable. Items not paid in full within the layaway period will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
Pawn Loan Terms
Pawn loan terms, interest rates, and redemption periods are disclosed at the time of the transaction and are subject to Florida state law. Items not redeemed by the due date become property of the store.
Limitation of Liability
West Coast Pawn & Gun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
